location is great, 5mins walk to kagoshima chuo station, has washing machine with drying function in the bathroom, and sufficient hangers provided.

No staff on-site. Self check-in was fairly simple. You are also given a link to check-in online before your arrival too. The space was nice & comfortable, just big enough for 4 adults. Parking very close by which is what we were after. Walkable to the city and beyond all the way to the aquarium! Nice to bring a bento box lunch to eat at the park next to the aquarium, looking at Sakurajima.

The location: Super close to kagoshima chuo station with 7eleven next door and many restaurants in the area. The services: everything needed was there including detergent for clothes. No problems with the self check-in upon arrival. Instructions are very clear.

Excellent location and facilities, nice size room, bit dark as little natural light but otherwise a good place to stay, especially as so close to the train station and lots of restaurants

Really big space, and super comfortable to stay for a long period of time. Close to the JR station and close to some really nice restaurants. Would stay again.
